📧 3. Email & Domain Services Domains are registered under the client’s name where possible. Free domains (e.g., .co.za) are provided under specific packages and subject to renewal fees. Email accounts must not be used for sending spam or bulk unsolicited messages.

💳 4. Billing & Payments All services are billed in South African Rand (ZAR). Setup fees (where applicable) are non-refundable. Invoices are generated automatically; late payments may lead to suspension of services. Renewal fees must be paid before the due date to avoid service disruption.

🚫 5. Prohibited Use Clients may not use our services for: Hosting illegal, abusive, or copyrighted content. Engaging in hacking, phishing, or fraud. Sending spam or malware. Overloading servers with abusive scripts or activities.

✅ 6. Refund Policy Shared hosting services may qualify for a 7-day money-back guarantee (excluding domains & setup fees). No refunds are offered for domain registrations, SSL certificates, or already provisioned services.

🔒 7. Data Security & Backups Clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups. We provide routine server backups, but we cannot guarantee data recovery in all cases.

🌍 8. Limitation of Liability Creative Web Hosting shall not be held liable for: Service interruptions due to maintenance or third-party failures. Loss of data, profits, or business caused by downtime. Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
